Forever tongue: Miley Cyrus brings back her signature pose as she shows some skin in a Nineties crop top

Kelly Osbourne has urged her to stop sticking her ‘f***ing tongue out’, but Miley Cyrus is ignoring her pal’s advice.

The defiant star flashed her tongue after giving the world a very brief break from it as she emerged on Saturday.

With her mouth open, the 20-year-old also gave a peace sign as she stepped out in Toluca Lake.

The former Disney star has been a hot topic of conversation this week after her extremely raunchy performance at MTV’s Video Music Awards on Sunday.

Miley was seen twerking on Robin Thicke during a duet of his hit Blurred Lines, while dressed in nude latex underwear and repeatedly sticking out her tongue, which appears to have a life of its own.

Why so shy Miley? Miss Cyrus hides her face with handbag despite releasing a host of raunchy photos this week

In the past two weeks numerous raunchy photographs of 20-year-old Miley have been seen by the world - not to mention the Disney Channel star's infamous MTV VMAs performance.

But the Ashtrays and Heartbreak was seemingly reserved on Friday night, holding her Chanel heart bag up to face, when leaving Kiwami restaurant in Studio City.

Not one to skimp on adventurous outfit choices, the Nashville-born singer was kitted out in a stand-out green suit with a bright floral print and white polo neck top.

Her jacket lapels were embellished with a black and white dotted pattern in between red and pink stripes, whilst her tight leggings also sported the same design along the front.

Miley was wearing a pair of black Nike flip-flops whilst carrying her beloved Chanel heart bag which she proceeded to hold over her face.

The former teen star, who is also the fianceé of Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, looks to be trying to make the most of her hours without her man who was recently spotted leaving Los Angeles' LAX airport on Friday.

The new bad girl of Hollywood recently went to get even more tattoos at High Voltage Tattoo Parlour, in West Hollywood, this week to add to her collection of 19.

The star has been causing more controversy over the past few weeks than ever before in her nine-year career.

Not only did she come under fire for referencing drug use in her song We Can't Stop, in which she sung about 'dancing with molly' - a reference to the party drug MDMA - but she was also highly criticised for her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards last week.

But those days seemed a lifetime away as Miley Cyrus danced suggestively with her female back up dancing for a Jimmy Kimmel Live performance with will.i.am in Hollywood on Tuesday.

The 20-year-old shamelessly flaunted her physique during their performance, and even groped and grinded with a series of backing dancers as she tried to push her raunchy new image.
